Return and Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom/Personalized Items: Any items made-to-order or personalized cannot be returned.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" event are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately via a replacement or full refund.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

Approved Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
